LeadHER Foundation

About the Program

In alignment with our commitment to empowering and supporting the next generation of women leaders, the LeadHER Foundation Institute (LHFI)—the international arm of LeadHER Foundation—introduced the Women in Tech Program. The Women in Tech Program is a flagship initiative designed to equip female undergraduates and graduates with practical, in-demand technology skills across areas such as data analysis, visualization, foundational coding, and other key tech competencies needed to thrive in today’s digital economy.

At the core of the program is a compulsory leadership and personal development course built around our values-driven framework, the ELIC Standard. ELIC stands for Excellence, Love, Integrity, and Competence—the foundational principles we believe are essential for effective leadership and long-term success in every sphere of life. Through this course, participants are shaped not only as skilled professionals but as ethical, purpose-driven leaders.

Our vision is for employers in Nigeria and across the globe to recognize the LeadHER Foundation Institute for the quality, character, and competence of the women we produce. Graduates of the Women in Tech Program embody the ELIC Standard in every role they occupy, bringing value, integrity, and excellence to their careers and communities. The Women in Tech Program is intentionally designed to enhance employability, career mobility, and entrepreneurial opportunities across diverse industries, empowering women to build meaningful, impactful futures in technology and beyond.
