I voluntarily agree to participate as a volunteer for the LeadHER Foundation Conference and understand that my participation is at my own risk.

I release and hold harmless LeadHER Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in volunteer activities, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for my volunteer services and that LeadHER Foundation does not provide insurance coverage for volunteers.

I confirm that I am physically capable of performing the volunteer tasks assigned to me and will notify the event organizers if I require accommodations.

I consent to the use of my image or likeness in any media, including photographs and videos taken during the event, for promotional or documentation purposes by LeadHER Foundation.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability.
