LeadHER Women in Tech: Bridging the Gap Between Education and Career
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must meet all the following requirements:
Basic Computer Literacy
● Prior experience in data analysis.
● Basic computer skills (file management, web browsing, typing)
Laptop Ownership
Must own a functional laptop capable of running Excel, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL Workbench.
Gender Focus
This program is exclusively for women who meet all other eligibility criteria
Commitment to Full Participation
● Available for all virtual sessions during the 6-week program.
● Willing to dedicate time for assignments and projects.
● Completion of all assignments/projects is mandatory for program completion and
certification.
Passion for Learning & Career Growth
● Interest in data science, analytics, or technology-driven careers.
● Motivated to apply acquired skills in employment or entrepreneurship.
Stable Internet Access (Preferred but not Mandatory)
Reliable connection for learning videos, research, and assignments.
Communication Platform Access
Must have access to and be able to use communication tools such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, or Telegram for program activities.
